RETURN POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in resellable condition – unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@enstah.com with video evidence of the hair showing any quality concerns. Our team will review your request and provide return authorization if approved.

Return Shipping: If your return is accepted, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We can arrange for a shipping agent to pick up your return for a flat fee of $15. Alternatively, you may ship the item back at your own expense. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Quality Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@enstah.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. You must provide video documentation of the hair and any issues so we can evaluate and resolve the matter.

Please note: Returns will not be accepted for damage caused by improper care, including over-bleaching, excessive heat styling, harsh combing, or chemical processing.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Hair that has been worn, installed, bleached, dyed, or altered
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
• Sale items or clearance products
• Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (once approved) and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
